Jessie Clarke has gone missing. She was supposed to be meeting a blind date. Unfortunately, she met a sadistic killer instead. After her disappearance the police partner with a powerful clairvoyant, Amanda Kaidy, in the hopes of finding her alive. The police also discover this has happened before, going back decades. Can they connect the years, find the killer and rescue the girl, before it's too late?
This story was a little hard for me to follow. It could be just me; I had a little bit of a hard time keeping the story line and the characters straight, but I really enjoyed the basis of the story though and that's what kept me reading. The story is suspenseful, shocking, gruesome and yet I couldn't stop reading it. I really enjoyed the story despite the macabre subject matter. I am looking forward to more from this author.
